CONTRACT TO CLOSE

Let us assist you in getting your clients through a smooth closing from start to finish. Our goal is to set you and your client up for success in handling one of the biggest investments. 

  • Review the executed contract for accuracy and compliant issues, as well as ensure appropriate addendums are attached and accounted for. 

  • Send introduction emails to the client(s), agents, title, and other applicable parties.

  • Add important contract deadlines via calendar invite to agent and client(s)

  • Confirm inspection has been scheduled. Contact all parties with the date and time. 

  • Verify lender has a copy of the executed contract

  • Draft and facilitate any amendments (agent to negotiate)

  • Send reminder emails prior to the option period ending. 

  • Turn into compliance department at brokerage

  • Facilitate termination of contract paperwork (if applicable)

  • Verify appraisal, HOA paperwork, repair receipts, Home Warranty is ordered, and any other documents on a timeline are completed. 

  • Schedule closing and final walkthrough

  • Insure completed compliance through your brokerage to CDA

  • Confirm Utility Information and any other pertinent details to make a smooth move-in/move-out. 

 

Prices are per contract or listing, subject to change, and may vary in dual agency relationships or where additional services are required. The agent is responsible for all related printing, photography, advertising, and copy. Agent must supply his or her own signs, lockbox, flyer boxes, and all applicable business materials. Rates are for services only. Anything outside of the scope of work will be charged a drop fee. Agent to negotiate all terms for the contract, no CMA's can be created on your behalf. An early termination fee will apply at the discretion of Anomalee Real Estate Services.
