LISTING MANAGMENT

Let us assist you in getting your clients home on the MLS with the correct documentation, great photos, and compelling copy. 

  • Review the listing agreement for accuracy and compliant issues, as well as ensure appropriate addendums are attached and accounted for. 

  • Ensure a seller’s disclosure is completed and provided. 

  • Schedule Professional Photography Your vendor or one of our preferred vendors. Agent to confirm with owners, photographers, and make sure the home is ready. 

  • Detailed and correct MLS data input for the property. The coordinator must have a signed listing agreement before any data is input into MLS. 

  • Input and arrange property photos.

  • Create or proof listing copy (descriptions, additional fees may apply)

  • Organize and update property websites with descriptions, information, and arrange photos (if applicable) 

  • Create and order property flyers or brochures. If you don't have a template, one can be created for you at an additional cost that ties in with your brand. 

  • Add open house information to the MLS.

  • Change the status of the listing to PB when a contract is received. 

  • Ask for feedback from agents that show the property. 

 

Prices are per contract or listing, subject to change, and may vary in dual agency relationships or where additional services are required. Agent is responsible for all related printing, photography, advertising, and copy. Agent must supply his or her own signs, lockbox, flyer boxes, and all applicable business materials. Rates are for services only. Anything outside of the scope of work will be charged a drop fee. Agent to negotiate all terms for listing, no CMA's can be created on your behalf.
